Data Usage & Local Storage Policy

Lucky Numbers is a free, ad-supported entertainment app that allows users to save and generate personal "lucky numbers" for fun and organization.

We designed Lucky Numbers to operate with minimal data collection and maximum privacy control for users.

We do not require registration or collect personal information such as your name, email address, or physical location.

All data you create inside Lucky Numbers, including your saved numbers, game preferences, and app settings is stored locally on your device.

We do not upload or transmit this information to our servers or any external system.

Lucky Numbers is supported by advertising to remain free to users.

To display and measure ads, we work with trusted third-party ad networks and analytics providers such as Google AdMob, Apple Advertising, or other compliant partners.

These third parties may collect anonymous device and usage data, including:

• Device type, model, and operating system version;
• App interactions and performance metrics;
• Advertising identifiers (such as Apple's Identifier for Advertisers [IDFA]) — only with your consent under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework;
• Approximate location or region (derived from IP address, anonymized).

We do not control how third-party ad partners use or process this information. Their collection and use of data are governed by their own privacy policies.

By using Lucky Numbers, you acknowledge and agree to these third-party practices as necessary for the app's ad-supported functionality.

In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, Lucky Numbers will request your permission before using your device's advertising identifier for personalized ads.

If you decline, ads will still appear, but they may be less relevant.

You can manage or change your choice anytime in Settings → Privacy → Tracking on your device.

Lucky Numbers does not attempt to track users across other apps or websites, nor do we link advertising data to any personally identifiable information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties.

We also do not share or exchange any locally stored user data, because it never leaves your device.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data we process:

• All communication with ad partners uses secure, encrypted channels.
• Locally stored information is protected by your device's built-in security features.
• We never store passwords, financial details, or sensitive personal data.

However, no mobile application can guarantee absolute security. You use the App at your own risk.

By using Lucky Numbers, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The App is for entertainment purposes only and does not involve gambling, wagering, or the sale of lottery tickets.
• We do not control or guarantee the practices of third-party advertisers, analytics providers, or device platforms (such as Apple or Google).
• You are responsible for the security, management, and backup of your locally stored data.
• Lucky Numbers and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from data loss, third-party data use, or reliance on the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes arising under this Policy are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update this Data Usage & Local Storage Policy periodically.

When changes occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may post an in-app notice.

Continued use of Lucky Numbers after changes means you accept the revised policy.
