Terms of Service

Lucky Numbers is a free, ad-supported mobile application for entertainment purposes.

It allows users to save and generate personal "lucky number" combinations for lottery-style games.

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
• Reside in a location where use of the App is lawful; and
• Agree to these Terms and all applicable local laws.

By using Lucky Numbers, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Lucky Numbers is designed solely for personal entertainment and organizational use.

It does not:

• Conduct or facilitate any gambling, lottery, or wagering activity;
• Sell lottery tickets or enable users to purchase them;
• Distribute money, prizes, or rewards; or
• Offer real-money play or any mechanism for financial gain.

All number combinations and game data are simulations intended for entertainment.

Users are solely responsible for verifying official lottery results through their respective state or national lottery organizations.

Lucky Numbers is available exclusively through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Apple is not a sponsor, administrator, or participant in any activity related to Lucky Numbers.

All downloads, updates, and advertisements comply with Apple's App Review Guidelines, including restrictions against gambling content and data misuse.

Lucky Numbers is free to use and may include third-party advertisements or promotional content provided by advertising networks such as Apple Ads, Google AdMob, or other approved partners.

By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to:

• The display of in-app ads, including contextual and interest-based ads;
• Data collection practices by ad partners as described in our Privacy Policy;
• Links or references to external websites or third-party services, which are not controlled by us.

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, product, or service displayed within the App.

Some features may allow you to save your number boards or preferences.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any account information associated with your use of the App.

You agree that we may store and process anonymous usage data and advertising identifiers to improve the App's functionality and ad performance, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

All content, logos, trademarks, design elements, and functionality in Lucky Numbers are owned or licensed by us and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or ad delivery;
• Circumvent access controls or security features; or
• Use the App to promote gambling, betting, or lottery ticket sales.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Accuracy or reliability of number generation;
• Availability or performance of the App; or
• Freedom from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.

Lucky Numbers is for entertainment purposes only.

We do not guarantee that any number combinations will lead to financial gain, winnings, or lottery success.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App;
• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed USD $10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these restrictions may not apply to you.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We may terminate or suspend your access without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in misuse of the App.

Sections 6–12 of these Terms shall survive termination.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will post an in-app notice or update the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of Lucky Numbers after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Rockingham County, New Hampshire, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.
